sprout salad for the monday breakfast, oh yeah!
there are days when you are short of time to cook for yourself, at that moment breakfast options like overnight oats, smoothies, pb/guacamole toast, sprout salads etc. help you to rescue. i totally support never-skip-breakfast for healthy lifestyle, therefore breakfast is very important to me.
in frame you can see ready-in-a-min-no-cook breakfast bowl which have sprouts, kidney beans, cucumber, onion, bread toast, green chilli, salt, pepper and dash of lime. sounds easy, huh?
it's a 300 cal breakfast option which is lite on stomach so you can modify it as per your needs. you can further add paneer, boiled eggs, tofu, chickpeas, capsicum etc. or things locally available around you. it's very simple, just eat what you love.
and how would you know what you love?
be creative while eating healthy. make different food combinations, keep switching between different types of fruits and veggies, add different flours to your meals, eat raw, eat stir-frys, avoid deep fried and packaged food. most important pre plan your meals, consume homemade food and then healthy eating will never be boring again.
